In 2019, the Maya Collection wrote a new chapter in its  history by unveiling its first address in France. In a fabulous natural setting in Méribel, the Refuge de la Traye is a luxury mountain chalet offering an ultra-refined getaway beyond the reach of time. 

Two years later, the Maya Collection took up position at an altitude of 2300 metres on the slopes of Les 3 Vallées, the world's largest ski area, with the Maya Altitude. Chef Stéphane Desprez sets his signature here to a high-spec, brasserie-style menu.

Then, in 2022, the concept of the MayaBay restaurant was exported to the international scene with inauguration of the MayaBay Dubai in Jumeirah Al Naseem. Its success was such that two more franchises opened their doors in 2023: MayaBay Riyad on the iconic Prince Turki Ibn Abdulaziz Al Awwal Road at the heart of the Saudi capital, and MayaBay Porto Montenegro in the luxurious marina on the bay of Kotor.

Finally, in 2024, the Maya Collection's first boutique hotel will be revealed in one of the most exclusive resorts in the French Alps, the Maya Hotel Courchevel, whose ground floor will be occupied by the MayaBay Courchevel restaurant.
