Enlarged space, new decors, updated menus… The MayaBay, Maya Jah and Maya Mia restaurants are constantly evolving. Guided by excellence, the Maya Collection - as well as offering high-end service such as car valet service at each address - regularly develops new concepts and special experiences: Business Lunch and "tuk-tuk" transport at the Maya Bay, a fish counter for choosing the piece (and cooking style) of one's choice at the Maya Jah, a private lounge at the Maya Mia etc. Last summer, the MayaBay unveiled its SummerBar with a special afternoon menu which was widely appreciated, along with its one-off "MayaMoki" mochi corner installed at the entrance to the restaurant. The festive Sunday brunch at Maya Jah is also a great success. On the programme: a thousand and one oriental and Mediterranean flavours to be savoured over a glass of champagne or a Signature cocktail with live music, percussionists and dancers.
