At Orange Hospitality, we own and operate multiple restaurants, including Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Dubai, Il Borro Tuscan Bistro London, Amalfi-coast inspired seafood concept Alici, homegrown chef concept Fulvio’s in Time Out Market Dubai, Parisian dining concept Josette, and the Asian concept Mayabay Dubai. Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Dubai, the first restaurant we opened in 2016, has been recognized as Restaurant of the Year in Dubai for three years in a row and has held the title of Best Italian Restaurant for four consecutive years. 

Taking inspiration from Monaco’s flavourful fusion of cuisine and Dubai’s outstanding hospi-tality, our newest venture, Mayabay Dubai, will bridge the gap between two unrivalled di-ning destinations. In keeping with the Monégasque Pavilion’s vision to bring a kaleidoscopic experience to life, Mayabay Dubai takes guests on a multi-sensory journey through our har-monious blend of Thai and Japanese cuisine and zen Asian decor. Mayabay Dubai also takes inspiration from the Dubai Expo 2020’s environmental concept, with the restaurant’s inte-riors adorned with natural wood panels and stones, and extensive glass windows offering a picturesque view of the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel.

I am currently based in Dubai, one of the world’s most popular tourism destinations. It is an ideal location for Orange Hospitality to grow and expand our novel culinary concepts. Howe-ver, Dubai is just the beginning and I plan to take our brands global and continue to expand our footprint in every major city including Monaco, Paris, Riyadh, and New York.
