At Le Refuge de la Traye, experiences ensuring an exceptional stay include classes in traditional Savoyard cuisine with the Chef from La Table de la Traye, dining at La Ferme à Fromage, wine tasting in the cellar, making jam and bars of chocolate, a mountain picnic, yoga classes surrounded by nature, star gazing, and much more. A one-off experience of well-being, the ‘‘Montagne du Refuge’’ treatment is inspired by ancestral practices of Tyrolian farmers: a milk bath and relaxation in a bed of hay followed by a massage. Le Refuge’s vast choice of on-site activities include ‘‘accrobranche’’, zip line, electric mountain bikes, hiking, rifle shooting, archery, toboggan rides, snowshoe excursions. At Le Refuge de la Traye, nothing is left to chance. Treat yourself to a massage beyond time in its comfortable tipi where everything is centered on your well-being (incense, soothing chimes, meditation). Fireside activities can also be organized, like a story-tale evening for children.
