How would you define your uniqueness?

Our strength is to open doors believed to be closed.
We operate solely off-market, which enables us to propose rare and unique properties, often handed down from one generation to the next, and invisible on traditional circuits. This ensures our position as a rare player in Monaco, on the Côte d’Azur and in the Alps.

How do your properties stand out on a market that is already exclusive?

Even on the Côte d’Azur where the exceptional is commonplace and competition is intense, we look for properties that are hidden from view: those rigorously selected for their rarity and prestige, perfectly meeting the expectations of a demanding, international, UHNWI1 clientele. 

Which criteria allow you to define and select a property?

It is not only about searching for a property, but also a signature: a unique location, an incomparable view, with real potential in terms of heritage and value creation. It is the combination of these criteria which guarantees exclusiveness.
This rigour ensures that we only present opportunities in keeping with our identity and high demands.

Your approach focuses on “made-to-measure”. How is this embodied in your assistance? 

It all begins with an attentive ear. Whatever the project, our assistance goes well beyond the sale itself. Legal and tax structuring, assistance for financing, coordination of architects and designers, and even the most personal services such as individual lifestyles, interior design, or post-acquisition management… We provide guidance for our clients at each stage, with stringency and precision.
